Yes: It is possible but a somewhat uncommon symptom for TMJ issues.

TMJ: I have never heard of watery eyes and blurred vision as a result of TMJ problems. However, severe TMJ can affect many areas of the head and neck. If you have these symptoms, and they do not resolve once the TMJ is treated, then you need to see your physician or an opthamologist.

Yes: Often, a nerve, the fifth cranial nerve (trigeminal) is affected when there is a tmj/tmd issue. Eye watering and blurring can occur, but i would see an eye dr. Just to rule out other causes.
