After 3 years of lower back pain radiating to right thight was said its piriformis syndrome and got injection but no result. Pain comes after standing/bending etc,sometimes goes away.Had PT,painkillers, mri and X-rays are normal. How bad can it be?
If brain MRI results are bad but not urgent how long will they take to come back? Also, can you get them over the phone if they're normal? Thanks

Had MRI results back showed no broken bones which I already knew from xrays but does this mean it's ligaments and tendon damage as it's painful, swelling on and off and also collapsing on side of foot?
