Possible Allergy!: You might want to think about the foods you ate when these symptoms were happening. Some of the most dangerous food allergies are peanuts and shellfish. It might be wise to always carry around an anti-histamine like benedryl/zyrtec and a dose of Pepcid (famotidine) (h2-blocker) until you are able to get tested. You family doc can do a blood test called immunocap to see what, and how much, u are allergic to.
