Lip skin rash: There are many possibilities for a rash on the upper lip. Chief among them is herpes simplex, which can commonly of affect this area because sunlight tends to activate the herpes simplex virus. Since the lip area more or less hangs itself out into the sunlight, we see a lot of sun induced problems there. But i would not just assume that diagnosis. See a dermatologist.
