i have two small cuts on the inside lips of my vagina. was itchy and now jusy burns when i urinate. thought i had a uti at first. what is it?

Abrasions: You should see your doctor so you can be examined. Small cuts can occur from trauma to the area (sex, tampons, etc). Like any cut on the body, it needs time to heal. Your doctor can give you more specific advice once he or she examines you.
