No: Wouldn't it be something if there was a drug to dissolve plaque? A lot of people would be out of business. Despite the lay press, there are no proven therapies that dissolve plaque with any consistency that cannot be due to chance.

No.: The various kinds of plaque that build up in the arteries have been building up for years, in some cases even decades. There is no medicine that will undo the remodeling due to years or decades of high blood pressure, smoking, cholesterol, etc. The best strategy is to modify the modifiable risk factors (and hope you have good genes).
