It is both fun: And meaningful. What i like is i don't know all the answers, so I am constantly in learning mode. If even the internet does not have all the answers, no single person could. But, this is a team effort, so interaction with colleagues is key and always in medicine we learn from each other.

A day in the life: Yes, days in the lives of doctors can be very stressful -- but also very fulfilling when our training and work are useful to someone. None of us knows the answers to all the questions asked by patients, but collectively we can answer many of them. Some are extremely complex questions, for which no answers have yet been discovered. A day in the life: It can be stressful and can be hectic but is most often rewarding! helping people is very rewarding. We definitely don't know all the questions asked by patients, but those questions we do not know the answers to, we better serve our patients by directing them to where they can find the answer. I just treat the patients the way i would want to be treated and it is all good.

Sometimes there's: Stress but i personally love a good challenge. I don't always know all the answers for patient's questions. I have no problem telling people when i don't know. I may offer to research the information or i might refer the patient to a provider who has more knowledge on particular subjects. My days are usually pretty busy - thank goodness i love what i do.
