Possible: Although these aren't typical symptoms for an avm, it would be best to get checked. Especially with you history of aneurysms. A lot depends on where in your brain your avm is located.

Possibly: The avm and the aneurysms can bleed. This can lead to headaches. What you describe is not the classic " worst headache of ones life" that is seen with aneurysm rupture. However, if there are small leaks or bleeds from the aneurysms or avm, this could lead to some of your symptoms. It should be evaluated by your doctor.
