Yes: It doesn't normally "build up", but 2 mg of Klonopin (clonazepam) is a large dose for many people. This is a relatively sedating benzodiazepine tranquilizer, and could certainly cause tiredness during the day. Talk to your prescribing doctor, who may wish to lower the dosage, or switch you to something less sedating.
