More info needed: There are several forms of von willebrand disease. Your obstetrician should include an hematologist in your evaluation and care. Depending on the type of vwd, your therapy could be nothing to the use of drug therapy. Please check with your doctor --the person diagnosing VWD and your obg. Good luck.
