Probably: Clobetasol is a high potency steroid, and shouldn't be used on sensitive skin areas for so long. You might try using a weaker steroid cream such as over-the-counter Hydrocortisone cream for awhile to wean off the clobetasol or you may need something stronger. Depending on why you are using clobetasol on that area, you probably should discuss this with a dermatologist or your gynecologist.
