Satiation change: The efficacy of gastric bypass has been shown to decrease with time. There may be a correlation to the ghrelin / hunger related hormone level in the brain and the benefits of bypass surgery.

Bypass weight gain: You may have an enlarged gastric pouch, and enlarged anastomosis, or both, which can allow you to eat more and also feel hungrier. You should see a bariatric surgeon and get an egd and upper GI to assess your anatomy.
