How does dry eye from ocular herpes?

Related?: I am guessing that you worry about getting eye dryness from having herpes on the eye. Generally these are unrelated issues so you can have them simultaneously. Herpes of the eye is treated with drops which can add eye lubrication. And if there is underlying eye dryness, after the herpes is treated, the dryness will need to be treated.
