Ideas: Anyone who has a sharp pain related to bowel or urine that continues for a few days is a clear indication that you must contact your primary doctor as soon as possible. If there is any delay, please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility.

Pelvic pain: I would put ovarian cyst high on the list for someone your age. You should check with your provider if the problem persists.
