Ideas: Anyone who has a sharp pain related to bowel or urine that continues for a few days is a clear indication that you must contact your primary doctor as soon as possible. If there is any delay, please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. Hope all goes well.

Pelvic pain: I would put ovarian cyst high on the list for someone your age. You should check with your provider if the problem persists.
