Importent anatomical: Location point to detect pathological process , 5 th cranial nerve is trigeminal nerve , at meckels cave , 5 th nerve has a thickening called trigeminal ganglion , CSF ( cerebra spinal fluid ) surrounds it , other important cranial nerves , internal carotid artery , cavernous sinus etc are adjacent to it. Just don't worry about anatomy speak to your doctor will explain to you , your problem.
