Tell me more about hydrotherapy/ colonics -are they safe to do even while you are not on a cleanse program?

Maybe: Need to be aware of overall hydration as can be dehydrated and have sodium potassium and other ions out of line, must be careful of sterility of facility doing such procedures and also no punctures or irritation at entry of catheter as infection complications could be dangerous but properly done probably no consequence.
