Why?: Why do you want colonic hydrotherapy? If you are several weeks after appendix surgery, there would not be any additional risks to you that i would know of.

Eventually.: I would probably recommend waiting at least a few days after surgery before any kind of colonic therapy. However, at that point, it should be safe enough to do without much risk.
