Lower left abdominal pain: There are certain causes of LLQ pain with pelvic pain. Diverticulitis is one possibility, +, first orders should include antibiotics,ESR ,Pelvic US+CT Scan of the Abdomen A Colonoscopy is contraindicated if suspect Diverticulitis. Lower pelvic pain might be more GYN related, such as ectopic or ruptured ovarian cyst.. Rectal bleed on paper might just be hemorrhoids/fissure
