No idea!: Literally it means that you have high pulmonary blood pressure caused by a middle ear infection. But it makes no sense, because otitis media doesn't cause pulmonary hypertension.

Meaningless: Those two conditions have nothing to do with each other. They can both exist in te same person but one does not cause the other with any kind of regularity.
