Could you explain what is patella ligament reconstruction surgery?

Do You mean surgery: Of patellar realignment done to correct the problems of subluxating/dislocating patellae. While p ligament reconstruction surgery maybe a useful in an acute patellar dislocation, to repair/augment the torn ligaments, to prevent recurrence. Hope i've clarified ; cause more confusion.
