Depends on severity: It can range from not severe with mild stenosis, where injections and pain medications with physical therapy can resolve the situation, to severe where a fusion of your vertebrae with disc removal has to be done, and multiple treatments in between. Best person to ask would be the person who ordered the MRI or the doc they are sending you to.
