Is there special; way to push a hard protruding belly button harnia back in. iits been 3 days now no luck?

General Anesthesia: Whatever is "incarcerated" within the hernia, it is unlikely to find its way back in without surgery since the "captured" tissue gets swollen. If you are having significant pain and/or vomiting+/- bloating, you should seek out emergent attention.
