You Can!: There are many possible explanations for why a person does not feel happy. Some disorders with symptoms of depression or anxiety might be the culprit. If so, see your doctor. These problems can be effectively treated. But, feeling happy is also a side effect of behaviors related to gratitude, goals, involvement in activities, and spending time with other people (and being interested in them).
