Dr. Ionel Rad answered

Many (small): Anesthesia complications such as airway complications (dental trauma, sore throat);, pulmonary complications (pneumonia, aspiration of gastric juices), cardiovascular complications (heart attack), neurological complications (nerve injuries, etc;) , awake under anesthesia, IV issues, nausea. This risks are low with a heathy patient, they increase with each patient's disease.
