My optometrist says i have 20-30 vision. is that good?

Possibly: Is that your best corrected vision or is that your vision without correction? If that is the best, then at your age you need to see an ophthalmologist to find out why it is not 20/20. If it is the uncorrected vision, and the slight blur bothers you, then you could use glasses for extra clarity.
