What would cause loss of movement in one eye, wandering eye, crossed eyes, blurred vision, suddenly without warning in an adult. optometrist says not an eye issue?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist to rule a central nervous system issue. Wish you good health!
