Many benefits: result from drinking lots of water. Maintaining good hydration helps people to feel better, and reduces the risks of headaches, muscle cramps, stomach problems, kidney stones, and constipation. These are only a few of the potential benefits. The only con is that drinking huge volumes of water without taking in enough electrolytes can result in water intoxication but this is extremely rare.
