I was wondering what are the pros and cons of fluoride in our drinking water?

Med: Like any other med, when used as directed Fluoride is safe and effective at reducing dental caries. Every dollar spent on Fluoride saves $38 in dental bills. To a child the savings in anxiety and discomfort of having a tooth filled is priceless. And if a tooth doesn't have to be filled, there is no filling to wear out and eventually have to be replaced.
