A member asked:

Is it a problem if you have a beating abdominal aorta?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Aorta: Blood flows through the aorta as it is pumped around the body by the heart. If you don't have 'beating' or blood flow in the aorta, you have serious trouble. If the aorta gets stretched out and enlarged, that is a problem called aneurysm.
