Cosmetic dentistry: The goal of cosmetic dentistry is to help you have a beautiful and healthy smile. Sometimes if a tooth is unhealthy and unrestorable it will be removed during treatment. But before any treatment is started the treatment plan will be explained to, you for, your approval.

Probably: Cosmetic dentists focus on esthetically restoring smiles in the most visually pleasing way possible. They are also trained as general dentists and are typically able to perform most teeth extractions. If the extraction is particularly difficult, they can certainly refer the procedure to an oral surgeon. And cosmetic dentists should be very competent at performing veneers and possibly implants.
