when i work up and my breast were sore. it's both glands on the side, they are clogged up? what to do?

Varies: Continuing breast feeding is important (if lactating). If there is redness and fever, then seeing a Clinician for possible infection and treatment is best. If not lactating, monitoring may be acceptable, otherwise an examination is indicated if there is no resolution.
