Prozac (fluoxetine): Prozac (fluoxetine) "works" for depression and for anxiety. But you haven't shared any information about yourself and the evaluation you've had. Effectiveness depends on this. Common side effects can be nausea, diarrhea, restlessness, etc -- and in some, changes in libido and sexual function. Some have described feeling "weird" on it -- work with a psychiatrist ; report anything you're concerned about.
