Continue what doing.: When one changes to healthy changes in your daily activity of eating and exercise, it may take months to start feeling better. But you have. Are good choices in what you are doing. Don't stop. Don't return to unhealthy foods and keep exercising. Once this becomes a natural part of your every day living, you will be on a pathway of being healthy with many long-term rewards in how you feel.
