No: Only the images that arise outside of the eye are reversed. Floaters which are shadows inside the eye are accurate.

Floaters: Are small pieces of connective tissue that float in the vitreous jelly in the back of our eyes. You are correct in stating that the floaters move in a direction opposite to the direction you see them moving.
