Talk : To your doctor. They can start to taper you down. Also they can monitor for any signs of relapse. But don't stop unless under doctors supervision

Depression: Not sure how long you have been on the medications. I usually recommend a year after the person has shown a full response to the medication. I recommend life-long medication for 3 or more episodes of major depression. D/W your physician/ psychiatrist to see if a slow taper would be appropriate at this time. Take care.
