Unlikely. : The ovaries aren't really directly connected to your vagina in anyway that would cause bleeding/discharge. It's possible that if the cyst were a functional cyst, as in a hormonally active one (corpus luteum), that its expected resolution might lead to something like a period is possible, but even that is unlikely if it's a longstanding cyst diagnosis. I would visit your gyn and get a vaginal exam.
