No: The hemorrhagic cyst is inside the abdominal cavity and any bleeding from that cyst is retained inside the abdominal cavity. Any blood coming from the vagina originates in the uterus or the vagina, not from the abdominal cavity. However, the cyst can be related to ovulation and ovulation can cause some transient spotting from the uterus which would show up as pink or brown vaginal discharge.
