A member asked:

I had a complex cyst on ovary that has disappeared itself...would this cause my period to be heavier with the discharge of tissue?

No: Complex cysts do not tend to make cycles heavier or make tissue pass. Sometimes a complex cyst can represent endometriosis which can make cycles heavier in the form of adenomyosis. This would be a persistent cycle problem though. Complex cysts can also sometimes occur with early pregnancy in form of a corpus luteum. Miscarrying would definitely cause heavier bleeding and tissue. Do a preg test.
