See your doctor.: The medications you mention are not sleep medications, per se. Thet are indicated for disorders such as major depression, bipolar disorder, or dysthymia with psychosis. While sleep disorder may be part of your problem, there is obviously more than that to be treated. Discuss this with your doctor.

Your medication should be managed by a Psychiatrist. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you and recommend supportive services.
