Orthodontists...: ...Can fix pretty much any jaw alignment issue if they start on it soon enough. You might need a sooner follow-up appointment.

Jaw slanting: I assume that you are wearing braces or aligners. If you notice anything amiss, return to your treating professional immediately. Yes most problems can be fixed if treated early enough, so don't wait. Hopefully you are under the care of a fully qualified Orthodontic specialist. If not, find one.
