TMJ: An overbite can cause something called tmj. A dentist that specializes in this can help you. Braces would not be the answer.

Yes: Deep overbite can be a factor in head ache problems. The mandible (lower jaw) is trapped by the deep overbite and cannot rest in the correct position. This causes muscle fatigue and leads to headache pain. Braces can correct the problem but splint therapy can also alleviate the symptoms. You should see an orthodontist and discuss the problem.
