Pulse: Are you very thin? This is a normal artery pulsating. Have you lost more weight recently? If you have been having diarrhea you need to drink plenty fluids, like gatorade, avoid juices.

Need evaluation: Visible pulse some times could be normal in thin person, you need to see your doctor for vascular work up

Normal: You're most likely seeing your jugular venous pulse - which is what doctors look at when they examine you. If you're really thin, you may be seeing your carotid artery pulse - also normal.
