There are various modes of treatment like reducing fluids before bedtime, etc.Medication is also available from your pediatrician discourage the wearing of pullups at bedtime.

Primary enuresis: It is believed that enuretic children have delayed cortical maturation for voiding control, are deep sleepers, and often have positive family history. Seek a medical attention. Oral DDAVP (desmopressin) and bedwetting alarm are options available.
