Bed wetting: I assume she has a workup to rule out a urinary tract infection. She has enuresis which usually runs in families. It is believed to be caused by a small bladder in relation to growth. There are various modes of treatment like reducing fluids before bedtime, etc.Medication is also available from your pediatrician discourage the wearing of pullups at bedtime.

Dr. Jay Park answered

Primary enuresis: It is believed that enuretic children have delayed cortical maturation for voiding control, are deep sleepers, and often have positive family history. Seek a medical attention. Oral DDAVP (desmopressin) and bedwetting alarm are options available.
