My 1 yr old granddaughter has a running nose & sneezing. what can we give her?

See your: Pediatrician if she has a fever. You cannot use adult medications for children. But a runny nose is fairly common. So... Just make sure she is eating and drinking. If it is a virus it will get better. If it is something serious she will get a fever.

You can try : Using over the counter claritin, (loratadine) half a teaspoon once at night . See her pediatrician if condition worsened or she start developing fever, not eating nor drinking or develop pink eye.
