Aphthous stomatitis: Is a canker sore (not a cold sore!) they are painful and worsen by talking, chewing, drinking. The good news are: no treatment is necessary. Wash your mouth with worm salt water 3 times a day and sore will go away in about 10 days. If excruciating pain, advil (ibuprofen) otc 2 tablets as need it. Check if the molar is not broken; sharp margins (like a razor blade) could be the cause.
