I recently got a cut on the inside of my cheek, towards the back of my mouth. i've been experiencing pain in my jaw near the ear, like when you eat something sour. is the cut causing the pain?

Not sure: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes.

MOST LIKELY: most likely make sure that there is no infection, open cut in the mouth is prone for an infection. my advise ,if you have not seen any physician for this ,see one to make sure you do not having infection. meanwhile, gargle with warm water and salt after each meal.
