I am having ulcers on tongue and inside mouth for past 3 days. i have tried all home remedies. its painful and difficult to eat and speak.please suggest?

If gargling : With warm salt water did not help then seek care as there are medicines that can help but all require prescription still. Fee better!

Home mixture: Try mixing equal parts of liquid Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Maalox and then swish in your mouth with this mixture and spit it out. It helps coat these type of ulcers and make them less painful. If that not helping, then prescription topical pain meds and/or anti-viral medications may be useful.
