Vegetarian protein : This would depend on if you were vegan or ovo, if you eat eggs and fish obviously these would be some choices. Otherwise, you might use legumes, soy (immature) tempeh, miso, rice or pea protein powders. Vegetarians usually lack an Amino Acid called carnitine - as this is only found in animal protein. Hair loss try biotin (vitamin b7).
