It depends...: There are many reasons for feeling weak. If you're deficient in vitamins then taking them will help, but if you're anemic you need iron, if you're hypothyroid then vitamins won't help but thyroid hormone will etc. See your doc to have tests like a blood count ; thyroid function to find the cause of your fatigue. Mos docs advise continuing your prenatal post-partum. Everyone should take d in winter.
