Question about my daughter she's 7 and i've noticed blue veins visible around mouth and under chin some what goes along her jaw line?very visible

Normal: Children often times have very visible veins on their face usually because their skin is fair and the blue veins are easily seen. As they grow and the skin changes these veins should become less obvious and prominent. This appears to be a normal variant.
